Life in a Year | 2024 Goals Workbook
In the past, by January 1st, I’m staring at my year-end reflections, my latest Pinterest vision board, and tossing around a word for the year.
As the year goes on, life happens, and by December 31st, I haven't looked at that vision board once, I’ve forgotten all about my word, and I need to use my photo album to remember what I did all year. Nevertheless, I'm exhausted, so I must have been busy.
Sound familiar?
If you're also like me, you want 2024 to feel different. More intentional. 2023 was a bit of a slap in the face (you too?) and you're over, being run over.
This year, I want to create my life, over leaving it to chance.
However, all my past methods of vision boarding have failed, so I wasn’t sure where to turn. After a bout of inspiration from my daughters piano teacher bingo game to incentivize practise, I created my own secret sauce visioning workbook.
Now, I have some tendencies that look a bit like undiagnosed ADHD, so I don't always love a list in traditional LIST format. That’s because it forces me to put something first, therefore making it most important. Quite frankly, everything’s important. So what if they were in a grid, without order, or hierarchy, and each time I complete something, I get a stamp – just like Bingo.
Add in some really curated questions to discern what's important to you, a bomb-ass aesthetic, and a bonus self-care daily Bingo to help you stay in alignment all year long – and you've got yourself the 2024 Life in a Year Workbook that'll make your next 365 days fun, fantastic and fulfilling.
I appreciate you,
Fiona
